Terms and
Conditions: SMC
Register's
statement is to stop the theft of valuable equipment and
that a data base is only as good as the information
supplied.
By
acknowledging the terms and conditions you agree to SMC’s
statement.
Registration
I/We state that the information supplied to SMC Register is true and
correct and may be used by SMC in their business
activity.
I/We will also advise SPM Register when and if any plant or
machinery has been recovered.
Search
This is a free service and there is no fee. If the item is found to be stolen, the authorities will be notified
Companies
If an item is recovered, a recovery fee will be
charged. This fee will be calculated on the value of the
plant and or machinery with 5% of the value payable to SMC
Register.
Private Owners
There will be no charges for marine craft
recovered as a result of searches performed by Stolen Marine
Craft Register Australia.
Any
information may be used in the prevention of plant &
machinery crime in Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
Privacy
SMC respects the privacy of all and will endeavour to do so.
All and any information supplied becomes the ownership of
Stolen Marine Craft Register Australia.
